CM/ECF Training
Classes are held monthly and by special arrangement.

This court upgraded to the latest version (Next Generation) of the CM/ECF filing system on January 27, 2020. For more information about what that means for you, go to our NextGen page.

Admission and Registration

  • Attorney Admissions
    Attorneys must apply for admission to this court before registering to e-file.
  • Registration (Your Account)
    Attorneys and pro se e-filers/e-service recipients must register in CM/ECF before they can begin e-filing or receive e-service notifications.

  • ECF Filing Procedures
    Filers must be familiar with and abide by the ECF Filing Procedures when filing with this court.
  • Local Rules and General Orders
    E-filers and traditional filers must be familiar with and comply with the Local Rules and General Orders when filing with this court.
  • Federal Rules
    E-filers and traditional filers must be familiar with and comply with the Federal Rules when filing with this court.
  • Chambers Procedures
    Provides filing and trial-related rules specific to each Chambers in this court. 
  • Emergency Filings
    Provides instructions for submitting emergency filings such as Motions for Temporary Restraining Order.
